AMC Panel Registrants When you register as a panel member, we will not make your personally identifiable information available to anyone without your permission, except in rare instances as may be required by law. We will never try to sell anything to you nor try to sell or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to any third party unless otherwise disclosed to you when you submit your information. We may use your information, however, to let you know about opportunities to take surveys or to inform you about special programs we are offering to our panel registrants. AMC Survey Participants We combine your survey responses with the responses of all other survey participants and report only those combined responses to the client that commissioned the study. We will never report your individual responses unless you explicitly consent to sharing your information with our client or as otherwise may be permissible under applicable CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organizations) and HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) privacy policies for the purpose of conducting confidential, follow-up research.
