AMC reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the survey process, including but not limited to the survey invitations themselves or the completion of multiple surveys; (b) violating these Terms and Conditions; or (c) acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event that an individual attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of a survey, AMC, in addition to disqualifying such person from participating in the survey, reserves the right to seek damages and all other available remedies (whether at law or equity) against him/her.

  3. By participating in a survey, all participants acknowledge and agree to release, discharge and hold harmless AMC, AMC's clients and their respective officers, employees, directors, shareholders, and agents from and against any and all claims, actions and or liability with respect to all aspects of the survey that may occur from participation in the survey.

  4. AMC assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated survey invitations or completions or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. AMC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the survey or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of survey completions. AMC assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, survey completions. AMC is not responsible for any problems, failures or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, email, players or browsers, that results from technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof. AMC is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or to any computer, related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in a survey.

  5. AMC reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or suspend the survey at any time and for any reason whatsoever, with no liability to you or any third party.
